Velvet Systems Warranty claims - Returns Authority (R.A.) Application Form

 
The following form is to be used to apply for a R.A. Number. An R.A. number is required prior to sending any goods back to us under warranty. All goods have to have been purchased directly from Velvet Systems.

If you believe your goods to be faulty and are currently within the warranty period, please fill out the following online-form. This form is an application for an RA number and must be completed prior to sending any goods back to Velvet Systems to be repaired or replaced under warranty. Once your application has been approved, an R.A. job number will be provided along with further instructions on where and how to return the goods for testing. R.A. Terms & Conditions

Velvet Systems Pty Ltd (herein known as Velvet Systems) always takes diligent care in testing and servicing all goods, however Velvet Systems has no liability whatsoever for any form of damage or loss of the aforementioned goods. Velvet Systems will not be responsible for any loss of data, and that it is the responsibility of the customer to backup any data which he/she believes to be important, valuable, or irreplaceable before bringing in any goods for testing.

Return of faulty stock is conditional upon acceptance of the following.

    1. The R.A. Application is received within the warranty period.
    2. Goods returned for a warranty claim must be returned within 7 (Seven) days of the receipt of an RA number and instructions.
    3. Goods are boxed and packed in an acceptable manner for shipping back to us.

Any omissions on an RA form, or uncompleted fault descriptions may result in delays. Any goods returned for repair found not faulty or goods with physical damage or damage caused by improper use will not be covered by warranty and the customer shall be liable for a handling and service fee.

Additional equipment such as Power Adapters and Cables must be returned with the goods to enable us to test the goods properly. All goods must be adequately packed for shipping. All relevant paperwork will need to be shown when collecting goods from our office.
